Our mission
We are looking for support in our Customer Operations department as soon as possible. You will play a crucial role in the successful development and implementation of our vision for sustainable agriculture. Our vision is to completely replace soy and fishmeal with insects as a regional and sustainable feed.
As a Planning Engineer / Project Manager (m/f/d), you will continuously contribute your experience in the planning, implementation, and further development of projects. You will provide technical support during the sales process. You will independently plan customer projects, such as the setup of system components, and act as the central point of contact for project coordination between customers, suppliers, local craftsmen, and FarmInsect.
The setup of the systems will be carried out by our suppliers and assembly contractors with their own construction management. You will independently manage the scheduling based on customer requirements and will be ultimately responsible for ensuring that everything is correctly assembled and that the system is commissioned together with the customers. Afterward, you will conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure the system runs smoothly. You will use your expertise and customer feedback to improve our systems and further develop our services.
Additionally, you will support existing customers remotely, via telephone and remote monitoring, and through on-site visits, coordinating repair operations by our suppliers' assembly teams.
Our goal is to ensure that every single customer is 100% satisfied and that we are always there to help in case of problems.
The Customer Operations team is available to our customers for questions. We have an on-call service on weekends, which is shared by all Customer Operations team members (m/f/d), with most inquiries occurring during the week. Other times are covered by 24-hour hotlines provided by our suppliers.
