Our mission

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Production Helper to support our insect production operations in 84564 Oberbergkirchen, Germany. This role is hands-on and focuses on routine production tasks such as pupae exchange, harvesting, cleaning, product packaging, and preparation of deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily production tasks related to insect production, including harvesting and sieving of larvae, exchange of egg traps and pupae.
Wash and clean trays, tools, and production areas according to hygiene standards.
Assist with delivery preparation and loading/unloading.
Follow all safety, hygiene, and biosecurity rules.
Work closely with team members and follow supervisor instructions.
Complete basic production checklists and cleaning records.

Your profile

English skills (German is a plus).
Physically fit and comfortable working in warm and humid environments.
Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays, within a 5-day week in a single-shift system.
Production or warehouse experience is an advantage.
Strong communication skills.
You are reliable and motivated.
Able to work both independently and in a team.
Valid Driver’s license (class B)
